Return and Refund Policy
At wiringdepot.com we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied within ten (10) days of your receipt of your order, please contact us for a return.
- Return authorization required for all returns. Returned items must include the return authorization number. Please contact info@phyco.com to initiate a return.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping. UPS, FedEx and US Postal Service are acceptable methods of return shipping.
- Non-defective merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be returned in saleable condition. Orders with free shipping will have $9.95 shipping/handling charges deducted from the refund amount.
- Special order, non stocking items are non-refundable.

PHYco RoHS Statement
Phyco defines RoHS compliant products as those that do not exceed the maximum allowable concentrations in homogeneous materials (and excluding natural impurities found in the environment) for lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), hexavalent chromium (Cr-VI), polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), and polybrominated dephenyl ethers (PBDE) as specified in the Commission Decision of 18 August 2005 or the products are exempt per the Annex to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC and the Commission Decision of 18 August 2005 are not covered by this compliance statement.
Other legislation or regulations enacted by individual EU members and beyond the specific requirements of RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC and the Commission Decision of 18 August 2005 are not covered by this compliance statement.
