A) Phyco was incorporated in 1992.

Q) Is Phyco an American company?

A) Yes. Phyco is a fully owned and operated USA corporation.

Q) We are looking for a supplier that can do more. What extra value does Phyco provide for their customers?

A) As a supplier, keeping stock on hand is essential. With our customized “Inventory Response System” we have all but eliminated lead-times for stocking items. Our JIT (Just In Time) Program allows customers to warehouse their product at Phyco, releasing only when needed or on a prearranged schedule (which can be modified anytime). When your demand increases, you’re covered. Should demand slow, you’re covered. JIT gives our customers the flexibility and control they desire on product scheduling and billing.

Q) I don’t see what I’m looking for on your website, does this mean you don’t have it?

A) Not necessarily. Our website is a snapshot of some of our most popular items. Because product offerings can change, it is impossible to list everything we have to offer. Q) Can Phyco cross match other manufacturers’ products?

A) Yes. If you have the manufacturers’ name and part number we can cross it.

Q) I’m not sure I have the exact product I need. Can someone at Phyco help me?

A) Definitely. Our Engineering department works closely with customers to ensure the product you need is the product you get. From design to delivery Phyco can help you out.

Q) I need my product fast. How quickly can Phyco ship my order?

A) PO’s placed and confirmed before 1pm PST will ship within 3 business days, In most cases, theyt will ship same day or the next day.

Q) I don’t have an account set up yet. Can I still get same day delivery?

A) Yes. First time customers can use a credit card or COD until terms are applied.

Q) Can Phyco drop ship to my customer?

A) Yes. Phyco can drop ship open or blind.

Q) I just placed an order. How do I track my package?

A) Phyco has teamed up with UPS and Fed-Ex to help create hassle free shipping. Via their latest software Phyco can track your shipment from the time your order is placed to the signed delivery. Automated e-mail alerts can keep you up-to-date in real time.

Q) My order just got canceled. Can I return my unneeded product?

A) All stocked items may be returned within a reasonable time frame. The product must be packaged as purchased. An RMA will be applied. A credit will be issued once the product is returned and inventoried.

Q) Our production schedule goes up and down. Is there anything Phyco can do to help?

A) Yes. Our JIT (Just In Time) Program allows customers to store product at Phyco and release when needed. If your demand goes up you’re covered and if demand slows you’re also coved. You can set any time release schedule that fits your need. With one phone call or e-mail you can pull in or push out any order.

A) Yes. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Q) Is there an added charge to use credit cards for payment?

A) No.
